We are a rapidly growing and experienced Amazon company in search of talented team members looking for a long-term employment growth opportunity.
This is a full-time home-based 48 hours/ week position with overtime available as well. We pay monthly, already successfully work with 2 permanent virtual employees (for more than 1 year), and always consistently pay on time.

WHO WE'RE SEEKING:
We are seeking a quick learning, sharp thinking, extremely motivated team member to become our customer service manager. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and build the department from scratch. We are looking for a reliable, customer-obsessed, proactive self-starter who is able to work independently, has a very structured approach towards work and has a good business understanding of our goals. The candidate must have managed skills and recruiting ---------- this role, you’ll be given many different tasks and expected to be the best at each one:

Responsibilities:
• Answering customers on different writing platforms (Amazon, Email, Facebook, etc.)
• Phone service (in the future)
• Understanding customer needs and finding effective and professional solutions.
• Monitoring of Amazon product reviews and seller feedback.
• Develop service procedures, policies, and standards
• Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
• Recruit, mentor and develop customer service team and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
• Ensuring the professionalism and reliability of all activities carried out in the department.

Required skills for the job:
• Excellent level of English writing, reading, and speaking – preferably in an American accent
• High-level Excel and computer skills and internet applications
