We are a marketing company currently offering Web Development only as a support to our Marketing clients. We are now looking to expand our services to a proper Web Development company but for this, we need to find qualified web developers who are not only skilled but has the right workmanship and can organize his/ her tasks properly. We are tapping for resources that we will initially hire on a project basis.

Upon hiring, you will work on a project together with our main developer who at the same time will evaluate your skills if you are the right person we will work with for future projects.

Wordpress Requirements:

- Knows how to use GIT
- Wordpress Developer who can work with an existing theme or
- Wordpress Developer who can create a site from scratch (not using a ready theme)
- Someone who hates using plugins or uses very minimal plugin (using it only in deep deep deep necessity)
- Knows the ins and outs of securing a wordpress site from XSS, injections, etc..
- A developer that doesnt rely on using page builders that are resource heavy
- Proficient in optimizing things such as images, scripts and styling
- Performs best practices for efficiency most especially in using tools like Google Page Insights, GT Metrix, Deadlink Checker and others...
- Should be familiar in making Custom Post Types and must love doing such to create elements of grids in pages
- Can implemented an images slider from scratch anywhere in the page - and not limited from what a plugin out there can do
- Has a passion in learning how to do things the right way
