Service Crew

The Service Crew is responsible for providing friendly positive, responsive, delightful service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of the Company's guests (customer). His/her primary objectives is to ensure that he espouses the Company's EXCIID Values and adheres to the set standards and procedures to encourage customers to return again. He/ she should attend to customer's needs by ensuring that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to standard recipes, cooking and serving standards. It is also his/ her responsibilty to maintain the cleanliness in food service area at all times. The Service crew being steward of the Company's resources shall exert all efforts to protect the assets of the company including cash sales and other forms.
