Hi there! I am looking to hire an assistant with deep knowledge and experience in in identifying niche markets, creating great websites, and then leveraging SEO techniques to get them to rank well on google.

We are a custom apparel company located on the East Coast of the United States. We have both a local presence as well as online, however, our focus is to greatly expand our online presence focusing on numerous niche markets to drive traffic and orders. We are a growing company that is looking for smart, energetic, enthusiastic, and FUN people to join our team.

Your Days:

Most of your day will be spent focused in 3 primary areas:

1. Niche Market Identification/Keyword Research

2. Website Development – WordPress Sites as well as customization of Deco-Network sites (www.deconetwork.com)
a. WordPress
b. CSS/CSS3
c. HTML/HTML5
d. Responsive Design (Mobile)

3. Search Engine Optimization and Marketing
a. On-Page Optimization
b. Off-Page Optimization
c. Managing Social Media / Web 2.0
d. Article Writing / Spinning
e. Backlinking/Link Building
f. Craigslist Advertising
g. Handle Social Media Postings
h. Social bookmarking
i. Facebook Marketing


Additional Expectations:

• Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week
• Work 40 hours/week
• Send an email at the end of each day telling us exactly what tasks you worked on and completed, even if it was only task.
• You will get paid on time via any mechanism that you like, we prefer to use paypal
• We expect you to have only 1 job and work for us full-time.
• You should expect this to be a long-term working relationship, it's a permanent job.

About You (What we’re looking for):

• Great Communicator in writing
• Previous employment as an SEO Specialist
• Proven track record of SEO results
• Min. 2 years’ experience with SEO
• Familiar with all recent updates of the past 18 months
• Experience with SEO tools, including Google Analytics
• You know how to proficiently use Microsoft Word and Excel
• Deep Knowledge of Wordpress
• ATTENTION TO DETAIL
• Great English Grammar skills
• Type fast
• Go-getter attitude, self-motivated, can work well and meet deadlines with little supervision
• Extremely reliable
• Positive, no excuse attitude
• Great ability to problem solve and come up with solutions on issue you may encounter that we did not go over.
• We are looking for someone who has great critical thinking skills and value your ability to come up with solutions and better ways to do things as you begin working on assigned tasks.

About Compensation

• Will pay weekly at first for the first month and then every 2 weeks thereafter
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
