Multilingual Customer Support Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Answer phone calls, reply to chats and emails;?
Provide customers with specifications, helpful suggestions, etc. to ensure proper uploading and correct printing of image files;?
Review image files on customer request to ensure they meet our high printing standards;?
Provide customers with product descriptions, shipping upgrade fees, price verification, refunds and order status;?
Be responsive to customers' miscellaneous questions.?

?WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:?

2 years of Customer Support experience;
Must understand and speak German well;
Must have at least intermediate understanding and speaking ability of French or Spanish
Experience with Microsoft Office applications?
Ability to type quickly and express yourself clearly?
Good time management skills?
Attention to details?
