eCommerce Project Manager

Our fam bam is actively seeking an eCommerce Project Manager to help us in establishing and growing our online business.
This is a super fast-paced business due to explosive growth so we need someone who goes the extra mile, someone who is reliable no matter what. We're a startup, want to help build our team and operations from the ground up?

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 2 years of proven eCommerce project management experience
- Experience with Shopify platform is essential
- Must have deep knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, organizational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods
- Must have experience in hiring and training top talent
- Must have a good understanding of the technical aspects of online applications, eCommerce web development
- Self starter with strong business judgment who can initiate action and follow through with well-defined solutions and action plans.
- Someone who can lead with a growth mindset
- Much have the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the link organization
- eCommerce & Print on Demand business familiarity
- Graphic design/image editing experience highly desirable
- Online management tool experience is a must (Asana, Trello, any other)
- Must have real references
- Excellent command of English, verbal and written communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Independently handling day to day operations; supervising, increasing efficiency, autonomously problem solving
- Order management; ensuring all orders are up to date
- Team management; ensuring everyone is working efficiently with a clear action path in a healthy fun environment
- Customer service management; making sure we deliver top-notch service
- Financial management; overseeing payments to partners and team
- Synthesize projects develop a clear plan of action
- Supervising image processing, storage, distribution, partner management
- Cost accounting, Monthly closing of costs, approving expenses, keeping track and calculation of bonuses, manage and control of savings
- Reporting to CEO
