JOB OVERVIEW

LEO Prime Properties is a USA based (Atlanta, GA) Property Management company. We are looking for a VA office manager / executive assistant who can take on most of the office tasks.

We have our people on the ground, but need another person, part/full time, to do the office work.

Here is a short overview of the assignments you will have to complete:
1. Update income (rents paid), expenses and other updates in our Property Management software (Buildium).
2. Draft leases/extensions/letters and email/mail to tenants.
3. Follow up with tenants/vendors to make sure repairs were completed.
4. Create and post invoices.
5. Follow up with our staff (and tenants) on tasks that need our attention.
6. Post properties for rent on Craigslist, our website and other websites.
7. Send applications and help process prospective tenants' applications.
8. Correspond with tenants/landlords via email (and sometimes over the phone).
9. Pay bills.
10. Market our Property Management services.
11. Research and data entry.
12. Mass emailing.
13. Keep our “office” and files organized.
14. More secretarial tasks.


Requirements:
You have to have great(!) attention to details, fantastic follow up skills (on yourself and others), be accurate and deliver in a timely manner.
Many of our tasks need to be completed quickly.
You must be proficient with MS Office and be able to learn new softwares quickly.

You must have a computer and solid internet connection.
We are looking for someone with experience in Property Management, or other field with same type of work/assignments.

Position will start with 20 hours a week. If you are good (and what we are looking for, it will grow to a full time position quickly.
