Graphic Design / Data Entry Assistants Needed

Hello,

I am looking to hire 2 graphic design / data entry assistants to work full-time on a temporary basis, from September through to January to help us during the busy Christmas period. If we are impressed with your performance we may offer you a permanent position in January.

Your role will be to upload designs (and sometimes edit the size and placement of designs) to our printing platform, and also input customer data (e.g. shipping information) on to the printing platform too.

You MUST have some graphic design and data entry experience in previous roles. You should be able to follow instructions clearly and carefully, must be reliable, and must also be a team player. You will be trained fully on the role by your team leader and will be able to ask questions to other team members any time of day, using the Slack communication software.

We are looking for candidates who have experience with both Photoshop and Trello. Please describe in detail, your experience with each of these tools.

You must also meet the following technical requirements:
• Minimum 5 Mbps internet speed
• 4GB RAM
• i3 processor (optional)
• 128 SSD for OS

You must also commit to the following working hours:
• Flexi working schedule
• Must be available to work at least 30 hours, and up to 40 hours, per week

Payment information:
• Paid weekly
• Rate is $3/hour
• Paid via TransferWise or PayPal
• Hours will be tracking using HubStaff
