Wanted: Appointment Setters & Phone Sales Pros!

We are a fast growing marketing agency looking for highly motivated and skilled individuals to fill our WORK FROM HOME Outbound Appointment Setter positions.

Most of our staff is in the Philippines and has been with us for years. We value our team members and want you to feel like our company is a place you will be valued and can work and grow long term.

You will be provided full training, scripts, leads, dialer, and CRM.

The ideal person for this position would be someone who is comfortable speaking on the phone with Americans with little to no accent. You must be a social person who is good at building rapport, contacting cold/warm leads, getting basic information and setting return call appointments for our team.

Prior experience in appointment setting is a big bonus, make sure to tell us about your experience.

If you have experience working in these markets: janatorial/commercial cleaning, real estate, or insurance that is also a bonus.

Qualifications:
1. American english fluency and perfect accent over the phone
2. Strong phone presence and voice
3. Always happy and positive and with an upbeat disposition
4. Ability to think fast and adapt to a given situation
5. Someone with the “whatever it takes” attitude and who will go above and beyond the expected to get the job done

Requirements:
1. High speed (5+ mps) wired Internet connection is required!
2. Reliable back up internet and power is also required
3. We have zero tolerance for background noises you must work in a noise free envirmonment
4. Wired noise cancelling headset is also required to ensure call quality
5. You must have a good computer with at least 4GB RAM

Work Schedule: Full Time, 9am - 5pm EST Mon to Friday. (USA business hours)

Pay will depend on experience: Base + Lots of $$ bonuses based on performance and weekly/monthly contests!
