JOB OVERVIEW

We are small business trying to build a team for the many facets of our business.
This position will lead to permanent + bonuses and 13th month and holiday pay, for the right candidate. we are looking for a long term relationship and permanent placement for full time position.
The position can be part time or full time, and may hire more than one assistant depending on different skill sets you possess.
As part of the team you will be responsible for a variety of duties:
• Organizing work, schedules, and flow of work
• Social media marketing and management (strong skills) in all facets of social medias
• Managing products on amazon and ebay, based on description, keywords and ranking (familiarity with these platforms a plus, but can be trained).
• Customer service via email and phone (need to be able to compose emails and scripts for phone calls to support customers
• Extensive research on subjects and industry news for content and press releases, and Internet research for engaging (and fun!) content for Social Media Campaign management
• keyword research for content and blog post titles
• Blog Posts
• Posting coupons and ads to different deal sites
• Using few tools we have for article and press release and email (Training provided)
• Would like to grow into a leadership position as well as train and support other team members when needed
• Excellent writing skills
• Marketing campaign management

SEO
• Link building, off page/on page optimization using latest effective techniques.
You must have a proven portfolio of work, and bring the latest in white hat skills and ideally will be certified, you will therefore have many years of experience and evidence that you make first page.

Social media marketing
Social media management and maintenance, from engaging fans to making interesting posts , running ads and marketing on all social media sites

Requirements:
1-Previous Virtual Assistant experience required
2- Proficient at researching; Must be effective at locating and utilizing all resources available to gather information, learn and problem-solve as necessary i) Strong organization skills and attention to details.
3- Pro-actively prioritize and to complete multiple tasks efficiently
4- Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment
5-Ability to think out of the box and contribute with your input on how to be more efficient and effective, work hard and improve skills, and work independently.
6- Fluent in written and spoken English; for phone meetings and research conversations (Superior Communication, Interpersonal skills and professional demeanor)
7- Exceptional Phone etiquette
8- Must be Coach able; eager to learn and follow instructions precisely,
9-Interested in continual learning and advancement.
10- Self-motivated to get work done quickly and accurately, unsupervised. -
11- Must be accessible; available for scheduled Skype Business Meetings, performance reviews and reply promptly to email.
12- Asking questions when unsure about anything, and at the same time being able to find a solutions by googling.

Technical requirements:
a) Maintain a PayPal account for receiving payments.
b) Maintain an active (monitored daily) email account.
c) Must have a reliable High-Speed Internet connection; for conducting (Skype/internet calling) outbound telephone research [during regular United States Business hours].
d) Must have a quiet work environment to ensure professional and undisturbed calls: Headset with Noise cancellation feature preferred.
