Revenue Management Specialist - $5 an hour

Hostly is a Chicago based start up, specializing in Airbnb Property Management.

As revenue management specialist, you will play a vital part within the company to make sure the company has accurate financial detail and analysis to make critical decisions in areas of promotion, business planning and reservation costs.

Job Description:
- Pulling data from Airbnb and our property management software into excel and creating reports
- Enter data, maintain records and launch reports and financial statements.
- Create pricing strategies
- Conduct competition analysis
- Track and manage company revenue

Qualifications:
- Proven 2 - 4 years of hands-on Hospitality Revenue Management experience.
- Proven experience in financial analysis
- Analytical and knows how to read & interpret business reports
- A strong command of both written and spoken English is required
- Graduate of accounting, finance management or business management
- Well-versed in excel, presentation and other MS office application
- Can work in Chicago business hours

Starting salary is $5/hr with an increase after four months probation to $6/hr.
