We are a young and exciting media activation company looking for a highly motivated, organized and thoughtful individual to assist with the handling of our day to day administrative needs as it relates to operations. This would include communicating directly with our clients to ensure they are given world class service. We have multiple touch points with our clients so organization is key to ensure timely and effective communication. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. This role will report to the Operations Coordinator and will be expected to report highly time sensitive and important information
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Excellent phone,
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Experience with CRM Systems (i.e. Streak for Google) a plus
