We are looking for 15 enthusiastic individuals eager to make a really big impression that are driven and proactive sales professionals to join our expanding team. You should be a highly self-motivated person not only able to source and develop new qualified prospects but comfortable selling big ticket items over the phone. Outbound Sales Agents hired will be responsible for cold calling mortgage loan officers and real estate agents, and qualifying them by asking a few targeted questions and then convincing the ones that qualify to set and 15 minute appointment with one of our partners about

adding an additional million dollars in commissions to their current business.

You MUST be able to generate interested mortgage loan officer and real estate agent prospects and come up with new ways to increase the number of appointments made for our partners.

Do this a minimum of 8 times per shift and you are at over PHP 50,000 per month, PLUS bonuses for appointments that result in a sale which can bring your monthly earnings to over PHP 100,000 per month!

Candidate MUST speak EXCELLENT English and HAVE STRONG CLOSING ABILITIES!

ABOUT YOU:

- You must be willing to work during US business hours and days (6:00 am PT to 3:00 pm PT, Monday - Friday) with a 1 hour dinner break.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Must have at least 6 months work experience in BPO Call Center or have Outbound Sales, Inbound Sales, Upselling, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Appointment Setting, B2B or B2C Calling Experience OR Telemarketing work experience.
- Must be self-motivated to make phone calls and cannot be deterred because of rejections
- Lead/data gathering experience
- Must be self-starter, focused, organized and systematic
- Ability to figure things out on your own without hand holding
- We are NOIT babysitters
- Go-getter attitude
- Extremely reliable
- Positive, no excuse attitude, no whining, no complaining
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly
- Honest and trustworthy
- Reliable computer, Internet, and a USB call center style headset with Noise Cancellation feature is Required. (NO jack/analog type or Gaming headset) for phone calls is an ABSOLUTE must!

ABOUT THE POSITION:

This position is open for enthusiastic individuals eager to make a big impression. You MUST be able to generate interested mortgage broker and mortgage loan officer prospects and come up with new ways to increase the number of Webinar registrations each day.

ABOUT COMPENSATION:

- Pay to start is up to PHP 50,000/month base pay + BONUSES!
- We pay 13th month bonus
- We give quarterly pay increases based on performance
