Facebook Ads Expert for E-commerce

I am looking for a Facebook ads SUPERSTAR in the E-COMMERCE niche.
Requirements:
1. You must have past results that you can showcase live (on screenshare)
2. Must be able to deliver ATLEAST a x2 ROAS
3. You must be able to write ad copy and handle all of the targeting
4. Must be fluent in english
5. Must be comfortable with large ad spend budgets
