Social Media Manager

Hi!

I require a turnkey cross platform social media manager (part time for now, potential to rise to full time based on performance)

Tasks:

* Coming up with a content marketing strategy for multiple platforms, (hashtag / target market research etc)
* Planning and managing campaigns on Instagram & Facebook to drive traffic to landing pages on website
* Creating new visual content for Instagram & Facebook
* Repurposing existing website blog content & various internal IP content into Instagram & Facebook posts / stories.
* Scheduling / posting content for the best times
* Responding to comments to keep engagement high

Must have great photoshop skills and experience with Instagram and Facebook at a minimum (Linked in & Pinterest bonus) plus good written English.

I have included a base salary but I want someone keen to be paid on results, and will be happy to pay for ---------- tric
