JOB OVERVIEW

You will be working for the Corporate Keys Group which comprises multiple accommodation platforms.
You will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the Group’s digital marketing strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and drive sales.

Responsibilities include:
-Working with the Director of Business Development, Sales and Marketing to design a social media strategy that is in line with the brand identity, target audience and goals for each of the Group’s companies.
-Management of all digital marketing and social media channels including Google Ads, Bing, AdRoll, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Analytics.
-Development of relevant content to reach target customers
-Pre-planning the roll-out of social media posts using Scheduling
-Monitoring social platform inbound comments and engagement
-Working alongside graphic designers to develop the required visual content.
-Creation, management, and oversight of new campaigns during the pre and post opening of CK Group properties
-Development and expansion of community and influencer outreach campaigns
-Working with internal management in preparation for upcoming specials and promotions
-Compilation of reports showing engagement results and conversions
-Analysis of key metrics tweaking strategies and campaigns to maximize returns
-Management and allocation of digital marketing spend in line with budget.

Requirements:
-Must have Social Media experience.
-Have a minimum 3 years of experience in marketing in the end to end campaign management including communications planning, briefing, campaign execution and reporting with proven success.
-Have experience using social media management tools and running advertising campaigns
-Be experienced in Google Analytics and Insights to help maximize campaign performance
-Have strong creative content writing skills
-Have a creative approach and ideas to build online communities
-Have experience with metrics and analytical data and the production of reports
-Have high attention to detail and experience in analytics and reporting to ensure that all campaigns are driving brand awareness and/or achieving an overall increase in sales.
-Be able to use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop unique selling propositions and differentiators.
-Ensure campaigns are customer-focused, engaging and impressive.

This is a part-time role and we are very flexible on hours as long as you keep up with the work. We would look to schedule social media accounts 30 days in advance and then go to the next account etc..
