ROLE 1: MARKETING INBOUND

*Manage Hubspot
*Build lead database of independent photographers
*Organise marketing calendar
*Weekly blog posts
*Social media management & content
*Campaign planning, content build & execution
*Post sales nurturing of new members
*Assist in converting free members to paid
*Marketing campaigns to suppliers to get them to join iC



Facebook/Insta Duties
* creating a good looking page/account
* Finding potential, natural, real, organic and targeted followers.
* Create Content & Posting pictures with #Tags
* Liking & Commenting with specific #Tags
* Real & Productive Marketing on Instagram
* Grow Instagram Audience
* Building Organic, Human Following Fan Base
* Drive traffic on your website
* Engagement and create conversation with targeted potential clients

Essential Skills & Experience

- Fluent English
- Excellent communication skills
- Hubspot or similar marketing automation & CRM experience

Preferred Skills & Experience

- Perfect English, but written is more important than verbal for this role.
- Photoshop skills a plus as is interest in photography
- Software industry experience prefered.
- BPO Retouching in PHP
