START TOMORROW MORNING: Real Estate Assistant - MUST HAVE MLS/RESEARCH EXPERIENCE

- MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH REPETITIVE TASK.
- Research 45-60 comps in a day.
- This task should take 4 to 4.5 hours.
- As you get more experience and as I train you, you will get faster and more confident in your skills.
- Every 31 days, you will earn 225 dollars.

Pay bonus: An additional 150 dollar bonus for each comp that turns into a deal for my ---------- usually takes 2 months to get a deal. Once the deal closes, you will have earned a bonus.
