Facebook Ads & Google Ads Management

I run a small marketing agency and am looking for a VA that has expertise in Facebook Ads and Google Ads. The person would be responsible for onboarding the new client, setting up the ad accounts, creating the ads and relevant landing pages and finally managing the ad accounts ensuring we are getting the most value we can from the client's adspend. For the most part, the agency is niche specific so a new client often means just copying everything from an existing client and updating phone number, emails, logos, pricing, address, etc...

We also do some SEO, so a functional knowledge of SEO would be helpful but not necessary. Facebook & Google expertise is way more important to me.

I am looking for someone who can grow with me and move to full time as we begin to bring on new ---------- munication and honesty is the most important traits that I will be looking for in a candidate. Please be honest about your knowledge and skill levels when asked, knowing that we can always get you training to get better if needed.
