COMPANY BACKGROUND:
We are a multi-awarded luxury villa rental company offering some of the most high-end holiday homes in Asia's top tourist destinations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ideally based in Metro Manila but not required
- Strong command of English language is a must
- Must sound pleasant/friendly on the phone
- Detailed and organized
- Sales-driven
- Resourceful and eager to learn on their own
- Can work with very minimal supervision
- Can work under pressure
- Has considerable exposure to different cultures
- Willing to work overtime when necessary

Having the following is an advantage but not required:
- Experience as a travel agent
- Experience in corporate sales
- Experience in BPO

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The primary role of the Sales and Reservations Specialist is to convert inquiries into sales. Doing this involves responding to emails and occasional calls in a timely and efficient way and being able to propose the most ideal property to the client based on our existing selection. An established set of procedures is followed until the booking is secured.

This is a full-time job with a considerable amount of challenges, but with tons of learning, earning potential, travel opportunities, and a fun-loving team of young professionals. Each team member works 5 days a week, morning or evening shifts, with 2 consecutive rest days.
