Responsibilities and Duties:
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, Google paid advertisements campaigns
Update and maintain the website using platforms Wordpress, Squarespace, or Wix
Design, build and maintain Landing Pages
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
This role reports directly to the Head of Product/Founding Partner
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
Google Ads certification
Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database,
Proven working experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Google Adwords
Experience using MOZ and/or HubSpot a plus
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
An ambition to learn, take initiative, make informed decisions (and strategic risks) and win with a team
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Strong conceptual thinking, cool interpersonal skills, great sense of humor, and optimism under sometimes tight deadlines
