Awesome Writer and Article Spinner

Hi, thanks for checking out my posting!
I'm currently looking to hire an Article Writer and Spinner. Please read the requirements carefully.

In this position you will be writing and spinning articles on a number of topics, including (but not limited to): fashion (trends, menswear, womenswear etc.) Real Estate, relationships, advice, adult themed products, men's issues, environmental issues and more. In short, you will be creating and spinning articles in a wide variety of topics.

Each article must be 500-750 words and have to be written and spun according to very specific expectations. Your ability to understand and follow instruction is critical to our success.

All articles may be subject to human moderation, so each one will have to be high quality.

I'll be training you and bringing you up-to-speed on my spinning process. I also have a great video tutorial and other materials that will be provided and will illustrate our spinning technique in great detail. So if you're not 100% familiar with spinning, that's Ok! I'm here to help ;)

Expectations (may seem like a lot, but I think they're pretty standard in all jobs):

1. Your written English must be very good.
2. Time management and work ethic is critical.
3. Attention to detail. This is a very detailed orientated position. Missing a step renders the articles useless.
4. Research and problem solving skills. You may be writing about a topic you know little about, therefore your ability to research topics and syntheses data will be critical.
5. Self motivating. You're going to need to be able to make everyday routine exciting.
6. You need to have experience writing articles in English and experience spinning articles is preferred, as is any experience with The Best Spinner.
7. Each article you write must unique. We have to have a zero tolerance rule for plagiarism.
8. You will have to provide your own computer and high speed internet connection. This one is kind of obvious, but just in case ;)
9. You must be willing/able to communicate any difficulties, or problems to me effectively. This way we can work together and make sure we maintain a great and positive working environment.
10. You will be expected to meet weekly and monthly quotas. For the first month a minimum of 1 article must be 100% completed. By month 2, we expect a minimum of 2 fully written/spun articles per day.
11. We have an expected response time to any emails, or inquiries during business hours. Don't worry though, it is based on your time zone.

Compensation:
We believe in fair pay for quality work and as stated above, this is a performance based position. To earn a full salary you must follow our guidelines and produce quality content as expected. Salary will be determined based on quality and experience. Note, I want to grow this portion of my company significantly in the next year, the people I start with will likely be able to grow with me and assume more responsibility and take on new opportunities as we grow together.

Training Period:
I'd like to give a 1 week training period, during which time we will be assessing your skills and long-term viability. Successful candidates will have this period rolled into the first months pay.
