We are looking for a Customer Relations Management/Business Development who will have a proven record of success, uniformly positive reviews from past supervisors, ability to work independently to get tasks done and embody the company values of Straight Up Honesty, Hassle-Free Communication, and Diehard Service.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGEMENT/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - US ACCOUNT
Qualifications:
Must have at least 1-3 years’ sales experience preferably from the BPO Industry and experience with offshore clients
Must have experience with Appointment Setting specializing mostly in cold calling, generating leads, setting qualified appointments for the CEO or Project Management Team
Familiar with Salesforce and CRM tools
Familiar with Sales Scripting and Lead Scrubbing
Has good listening and communication skills; good command of the English language (a neutral American accent is required)
Can work without supervision and is self-sufficient (can function on his own given the proper tools)
Willing to work in an office in the night shift (US daytime hours)
Experience handling US clients is a plus
