Customer Service / Shopify Assistant

We're looking for someone who has exceptional English, a very enthusiastic upbeat/positive personality, a pet lover and most importantly a team player!

We 're looking for someone who is a bit of a generalist when it comes to e-commerce.
We're a young print on demand company that is about to scale sky-high. Specifically looking for someone who is very experienced in Shopify, Canva, and Customer Service.

Necessary Experience;

- Shopify; products uploads, configuring apps when requested
- Customer service; the ability to provide the extra mile, every single time - we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We want our customers to feel like they are treated like absolute royalty and their happiness is the #1 goal
- ---------- - Basic editing skills and some experience.

Necessary Skills;

- Impeccable written English - non-robotic, showing enthusiastic personality.
- Autonomous, doesn't have to be handheld through everything
- Problem Solver, be able to take initiative in solving problems before presenting them to management to then decide what to do
- Reliable & Punctual, we are a team that works together like any sports team. If we cannot rely on our other team members to be there when we need them and give 150% and be at work to succeed then we will not succeed.

There is a lot of room for growth in our company to become a manager or anything you choose for the right hard-working people.
