Accountant for Quickbooks

I am running my own small law firm and have a few people who send me invoices weekly. I need someone to enter invoices (copy/paste) into the QuickBooks and also able to enter other client-related expenses. I think it would be approximately 2-3 hours every ---------- is important that you can do it every Monday morning.
