Wordpress Support and Website Manager

Looking for an all-around tech savy person who can help deploy, test, and manage Wordpress sites for a technology company based in New York.

What we are looking for?
-Experience testing web-based software and WordPress sites
-Ability to answer helpdesk support via email and phone
-Handle client relations on a per need basis
-Fluent/excellent written and verbal communication skills

Other skills that are a plus:
-JIRA, github
-Google drive and other apps (docs, sheets, slack)
-Wordpress

Requirements
-Available during business hours of 9am to 5pm EST, or with a majority overlap
-Previous experience with a similar position
-Living in a quiet environment with minimal background noise where you can regularly be available to answer the phone
-Wired internet connection with at least 5MBPS speed
-Willing to have face to face meetings for training and ongoing meetings

Bonus:
-Experience with other US based company
-Wordpress development/html/css/js programming
-Sketch/photoshop or zeplin/figma experience
