We are an online print-on-demand store, looking for talented, reliable & efficient graphic designer/illustrator who can create unique & beautiful designs for our wide range of print on demand products, including phone cases, hoodies, sweatshirts, leggings, all-over-printed apparels, blankets, jewelry and more.



Working Days (Flexible)

5 - 6 days per week (e.g. Mon to Fri, or Wed to Sun)



Working hours (Flexible)

40 hours per week (minimum 7 - 8 hours per day)



Efficiency of Design
===============

Minimum 5 - 6 designs per day (i.e. 25 - 30 designs / week)

*We need great design but nothing extremely sophisticated, depends on the complexity, generally, based on our experience, a full-time designer can finish a minimum of 5 to 6 designs per day. Some of the designs can be done in 1 hr, others might need 1.5 - 2 hours, again, all depends on category and complexity.

Requirements
===========

- Experienced with Photoshop and Illustrator.

- Creative, good imagination, able to create designs across different themes/niche.

- Experienced in combing both Text-based and Graphics in the same design.

- Experienced in Typographic Design.

- Experienced in Pattern Designs.

- Knowledge of POD platforms.

-Good sense of beauty, fashion, color, pattern and composition.


*We are not a fashion brand, but since most of our products are wearable, and our customers are female-based, so it must look good on people.



Soft Skills
========

-Good communication skills as we will have many discussions, brainstorming, follow-ups via skype, what's app or emails, etc, regularly.

-Reliable, responsible and able to follow through the ---------- show or task delay without any notice is not allowed. We care about attitude, work ethic more than everything.

-Independent, proactive, able to work with minimum supervision.



Responsibilities
============

- Mainly, handle graphic design across different niches for different types of apparel and accessories, such as phone cases, hoodies, all-over-printed apparel, leggings, blankets, jewelry, and more.

- Often, tweak potential created designs from product A to B, e.g. from a design of hoodie onto a tote bag, or phone case, different categories with different dimensions, etc.

- Occasionally, create graphics for facebook advertisement purposes, website graphics, such as banners or other necessary graphics for the store.



File Formats & Copyrights
=====================


- Designs to be delivered with both the source PSD file & JPG/PNG file.

- We own the copyright of the designs.

- Your designs are legit for commercial-free uses.

- No plagiarism, copyright infringement and counterfeit.



Skill Test
=======

- Shortlisted applicants will be required to have a quick test project, (should be finished within 15 - 30 mins), so we can get a glimpse of the designer's creativity, imagination, skills, and design styles.

- If pass, then we will have a short what's app or skype interview to learn more about the position and applicants.



Trial Period
=========

1 - 5 days



*Designers will be paid by the proportion of the agreed salary, in case things don't work out during the trial period.

We are expecting a designer/illustrator who is reliable, pays attention to details, with less supervision. Able to communicate in English, creative and can bring in new ideas/styles, though we will give you some directions for our expectations/concepts.
