My name is Joel. I'm the co-founder and CEO of an educational consulting company - www.InGeniusprep.com. Our company is very young, but in less than a year and a half, we have grown to almost 175 employees, and have expanded into five countries.

I am looking for a young, highly ambitious, and extremely hardworking individual to work directly with me, everyday. Some of this will entail simple tasks like helping me with day-to-day responsibilities, scheduling, travel arrangements, emails, etc. However, that will be only a small component of the work.

I am looking for someone to invest in. Someone who I can spend years working with and training, sending to classes, and collaborating with. My aim is to train you in everything I know - and probably a few things I don't.

I want to work directly with someone I like, who I can rely on, who is eager to learn everything and anything, and who will ultimately acquire a very sophisticated and broad skill set throughout this process (Management, accounting, finance, marketing, social media, PR, strategic partnerships, web design, etc.).

I'm looking for someone who is not just eager to be employed, but eager to learn about creating, growing, and sustaining a large and growing business. I want someone who will work nights with me not because they have to, but because they are endlessly seeking to improve their skills, talents, and knowledge.

This position will be incredibly difficult and demanding. It is not for the faint of heart. I mean that very honestly - I am a perfectly decent, kind person. I don't yell or scream. However, I will hold you to the same standard that I hold myself to. That standard is perfection.

Your salary will start low. I will invest in any necessary educational materials for you (and am happy to pay for them), but you will earn any additional compensation above the minimum provided below by demonstrating your mastery of the skills we work on together.

If you are up to the challenge, I intend for this experience to be among the most rewarding educational experiences you will ever have. If you don't have skills - you will learn them, and quickly.

Again, I don't mean to give the impression that you will be mistreated or disrespected - far from it. You will be treated fairly, and will always be given the opportunity to prove yourself. That said, you will be pushed to the absolute limit of your abilities - and beyond them.
