Job Description

CAC Staffing is currently expanding our NY Branch, and we are very interested in hiring motivated staffing, consulting and technical sales professionals to assist with this growth!

CAC currently services many clients around the nation. We are expanding our staffing services to mid-sized companies around the North East. Who have a need for resources in IT, Engineering or manufacturing.


We are looking for someone with a successful sales record, and staffing knowledge in addition someone with a contact list will be preferred but its not mandatory. We are interested in those with a high drive, and winning attitude. There is no cap on this, as it is a salary + commission position. If money is your ultimate driver, this position very well could be for you!

Please do not apply to this position if you do not want to make at least 50-75 cold calls a day, into companies. This is a sales Upgrade to see actual info will take awhile to build relationships, and ultimately, a client base. This position is very rewarding, but not for everyone. You will need large amount of persistence to succeed. Any background in digital marketing is a help also


Job Requirements

Basic Function

Responsible for identifying and building relationships with decision makers and hiring managers at existing and potential clients in order to identify and staff their technology hiring needs. Responsible for successfully converting leads into clients. This is a sales position responsible for developing, maintaining and growing our business and meeting or exceeding revenue, spread and headcount goals. This includes managing client requirements and driving overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Grow and maintain long term relationships with current clients. Promote existing client development and build relationships with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, presentations and social engagements.
Consistently prospect, pursue and close new business. Ability to identify new leads and prospects, generate call lists and obtain client meetings. Cold and warm calling skills; experience dealing with and managing objections. Proven experience and ability to manage all stages of sales prospecting including the ability to complete RFP's related to the Staffing industry.
Work with Client to obtain qualified job requirements. Negotiate with client to establish appropriate bill rates, contract terms and fees.
Discuss and clarify client requirements with recruiting team and conduct final review of candidates prior to client submittal.
Conduct follow-up activities with clients to ensure satisfaction. Conduct follow up activities with recruiting to ensure candidate follow-up, candidate retention and extension, lead generation, re-marketing and assignment end.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the ATS system as well as Client systems.
Build relationships with contract Upgrade to see actual infoek out additional opportunities through contact with -consultants on assignment and client companies to grow CAC business.
Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Staffing Administration and Human Resources department as it pertains to the onboarding and separation of contractors.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of CAC policies and procedures in order to effectively promote the company.
Solid understanding of the tasks that must be accomplished in order to meet revenue goals.
May be required to recruit on open job orders in order to meet client needs and timetables.

Discipline to maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Applicant Tracking System.
Strong problem resolution negotiation and closing skills. Excellent planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Results oriented. Ability to plan week, month and quarter with proven Upgrade to see actual infotermination, persistency and ability to add new clients. Ability to take no for an answer. Ability to exhaust all avenues and present best value and pricing to leads and prospects and convert them to clients.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Highest commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience

Computer literacy:

Microsoft Office

Experience:

Ideally, you will have relevant work experience of 1-2 years in Staffing, Sales or Recruiting. Ideal candidate will have a proven record in penetrating into new clients and talking to executive level people.

This is a contract position.

Location: Elmira, NY (or Remote Position)

Duration of contract: 12 months with possibility of extension

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
