Build NPC niche 2.0 sites and get traffic

Looking for a hard working person to build and market web 2.0 sites based on Adam Short's NPC methods and trainings. Would prefer someone who has web site building experience and traffic building experience (SEO, article marketing, link building, blog posting, etc.).

If you've already gone through the NPC training, that's even better. Some experience with graphics is also a plus.
