Virtual Assistant and Admin support in Complementary Healthy Field

I, (Patrick) run a business from Australia but deal with clients, students and our consultants across the ---------- 's a small business with yet a global good reputation in a specialised field. Our mother company (based in Austria) has been helping people to get healthy again for over 35 years, just by improving the sleeping environment in their home. We work on 3 key problems:
- Radiation exposure from wiring in the home, phone towers, wifi and more.
- Natural radiation from metals and minerals in the ground
- The mattresses people sleep on.

I train people who want to be consultants and we help people often with chronic health problems that get better or a lot better by just fixing how they sleep.

Where do you come in?
I am run off my feet and most of my day I'm stuck doing urgent things like admin, invoicing, answering emails and inquiries, planning events, updating our website to reflect activities, and lots of other things that aren't difficult but they take time away from me working on growing the business beyond where it is now.

I need someone who:
- I can trust and depend on
- who has great English, both written and spoken
- has proven skills in business or admin or accounting or artwork or websites or marketing
- IS EAGER TO LEARN the finer details of our business (I'll train you, but you need a self drive to want to master this)
- Has a great happy attitude, and keen to please, and help me and clients
- Is available long-term because I'd like to train you to be my personal assistant for years to come.
- Eye for detail, little bit of a perfectionist. and wanting to help people in ethical ways.

Here is what I can imagine you doing
- Email answering and act as one of the team once you have enough knowledge,
- plan appointments for me,
- prepare and research travel plans (tickets, hotels etc),
- schedule events with me,
- do promotions online,
- follow up by phone or email with key influencers in our industry to help me create relationships with them, (you can't be shy)
- do admin jobs like altering word template and send out agreements to new consultants, you check they fill them in ok etc
- Keep an eye on follow up that needs to be done, and do some of that by phone or email.

Here is what I'd love you to be able to do, but not a must. Anything would be a bonus.
- Build simple wordpress sites and know how to copy one on domains for out consultants
- Build complex wordpress sites with advanced features (international shops, price by role with commissions attached)
- Have training in use of INFUSIONSOFT / KEAP
- Have Social Media Marketing Skills
- Video editing skills with FCP preferably
- Advertising skills with ---------- or ---------- or Facebook, or others.
- Content writing
- SEO

Whats may the future hold?
I'm not sure.... this the first time I've advertised for an assistant. But I hope you'll become the rock I can depend on and fall back on. I'll need to teach you everything of our industry, so you'll gain another skill for sure. Your function will become more valuable to me as time goes by and as your impact on the business grows, I think your rewards should as well. Don't imagine massive pay... I'm still only a small business wanting to grow, but I feel people should be rewarded for results. What that looks like, we'll work out in time. First, you have a lot to learn. I want you to be a team member and I can promise you, you'll love the people you'll be working with and they will treat you as part of the team... it is a nice field of people who want to make the world a better place.
RE 13th month: I'm happy to offer you a thirteenth month, but not in 2019 as we are so close to December already. We'll send you a little December bonus gift this year if you impress me with your attitude and work ethic, in the form of a EMF radiation meter you'll be able to use to measure your radiation exposure in your home and that of your family and friends (value approx U$200)
