JOB OVERVIEW

Hello everyone. Looking to hire an empathetic full time Customer Service Agent for multiple ecommerce Upgrade to see actual infondidate must be highly organized, deal with customers with empathy & patience, a team player, independent, willing to take the initiative, and driven to solve problems that benefit customers, our company, and suppliers.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
1. Answering daily emails from multiple stores concerning order status, sizing issues, refunds, etc.
2. Answering daily Facebook Messages & moderating comments
3. Submitting evidence for Paypal Disputes & Chargebacks
4. Communicating with Sourcing Agent directly to request info on pending orders
5. Communicating with me on an efficient and consistent basis

Previous 2 yrs experience is preferred:
-Shopify Dropshipping
-Gsuite gmail
-Gorgias
-Facebook Messenger & Pages
-Facebook Post comments moderation
-Paypal Disputes
-Payment Processor disputes
-Excel & Word Google Sheets
-Fluent in English Written & Spoken
