Expert pet vector designers needed for eCommerce fulfillment team

Hi!

I am getting ready to launch my store along with a personalized product and I hope to launch by the end of October.

As the product is personalized, each order requires a unique design so I am looking to take on some designers to be a part of my fulfilment team.

I am looking for those with a passion to create designs that have meaning, these will be a mixture of owner's pets and sometimes also including the owner.

You should be enthusiastic about working/communicating and getting to know others in a team, being a part of a brand with a powerful mission and meaning.

About the brand

The brand focuses on bringing positivity to people’s lives, raising mental health awareness as well as donating a portion of each sale to mental health and pet organizations.

I have every faith that this brand can be successful and it is integral to build a valuable team to work with me to achieve this.

I have huge respect and appreciation for the people I work with and I believe in building positive and valuable relationships with them.

There is a positive atmosphere in my team. I encourage everyone to get to know each other and it’s important to me that everyone is happy with what they are doing.


The design


I am launching the store with a personalized pet design and your focus will be fulfilling orders for these designs.

The idea is to use the photo of a customer's pet and design them into a preset background.

This is the style and final result I am after. The background is premade - Your job will be to add the pet into the picture, add the christmas hat and include the text.

You must be able to create designs in this style, also being able to create the right perspective with shadows so that it correctly seems that the dog is on the carpet.




What happens next?

I will ask you to create a test design so I can review the quality of your work and make sure that we are a right fit to work together. This will not be a paid test.

If you have a photo of a pet, it would be great if you could use this for the design, as long as you don’t mind using it. If you don’t have a pet, a photo will be provided.

I will be providing free canvases, with the design of your pet, to those that join my team, in return for photos once you receive it and the permission to use them on my website/social media etc

After a review, if I feel we are the right fit to work together, I will invite you to join my team, in which case you will be provided access to a team slack channel for communication, dropbox for resources and Trello board fulfillment system.

The fulfillment system will allow orders to be allocated for you to fulfill. Once you receive an order you will need to fulfill within 24 hours.

I am offering $7 per design, for this kind of design.

I will be launching future designs that are much simpler to design so will be paid at a slightly lower rate per order. This will be discussed in future.

Please consider that this is a long term position where you will get consistent orders to work on, of course, depending on the success of the store. I will be putting a lot into marketing so I hope to be generating a lot of orders.

There will be the opportunity for pay rises in the future, depending on performance.

There will also be an opportunity for extra work such as design idea development, web design etc which will be paid more.

As well as the opportunity to manage teams, which again, will be paid more.

You will be paid on a weekly basis for all orders you have fulfilled for that week. We will track this so you are paid the right amount.

Please be aware that I am building the team in advance so there won't be any orders to fulfil yet. You will be set up within my systems and kept up to date as to when I expect sales to come in.
