Primary Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative:

Requirements:
-Passion for EDM, Rave fashion, the Rave community, and Gaming
-1-2 years of e-Commerce customer service experience
-Ability to work well in a team environment
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Excellent organizational skills
-A keen eye for the details
-Good computer skills
-High sense of urgency/initiative
-Type at least 60 WPM
-Have a positive attitude every day
-Problem-solving skills
