Website Designer

Working directly under our Lead Website Designer, you’ll create innovative, original concepts that consistently push boundaries yet meet the client's needs. You’re going to bring new solutions and well-constructed ideas to life; you’ll work hard along, meet deadlines, and create designs that thoroughly uphold our reputation for quality. The ideal candidate communicates effectively, works efficiently, doesn't shy away from learning new skills and occasionally takes a risk. You're fully capable of succeeding independently as well as in a team setting. If you’re a fan of forward motion and fast-paced growth, then you’ll fit right in.


RESPONSIBILITIES

? Assist the production of creative materials, including home page design, homepage refreshes, and possible landing pages
? Stay organized and follow strict deadlines to produce outstanding work for our clients
? Collaborate and follow design strategy and standard design processes

REQUIREMENTS

? Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
? 1-5 years of design-related work experience
? Exceptional communication skills
? Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
? Strong attention to detail
? Adaptive and agile attitude toward criticism
? Familiarity with Wordpress and other website platforms
? Webflow is a PLUS
