You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all have training provided for you.

For this position, you are the personal assistant to me, who is expected to possess the following:
• Has a good natural sales instinct to help me and preferably has work experience in appointment setting or telemarketing
• Competent with Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Good English language skills (Verbal and Written) with neutral accent
• Owns a competent computer/laptop for work
• Stable and reliable internet connection with video conference capability via application like Skype
• A quiet working environment that is free from distractions or interruptions
• Using a USB Call Center style headset with Noise Cancellation feature.
• No frequent power outages and Internet connection issues
• Some plus points, but not a must:
o Photo editing skill
o IT competency
o Understanding of mandarin


This is a full time virtual personal assistant position, please consider this as a long term career. I will be investing resources to groom you, as there are other opportunities to grow in other areas. Your next progression is to gain knowledge and experiences, then lead a team of associates as a team leader. Hence, typically starting from associate, towards senior associate, associate team leader, team leader, associate supervisor, supervisor, associate manager to manager.

Some example tasks are:
• Update the CRM with client relationship management
• Manage emails
• Assist in the administrative work
• Handle communication with clients

• As we are an insurance broker, you are expected to:
o Call and email prospects to follow up for the opportunity to submit insurance quotation.
o Prepare insurance quotation or proposal.
o Assist clients to submit claims to the respective insurer.

• As we are a mortgage broker, you are expected to:
o Call and email prospects to follow up with the mortgage (new purchase or refinance) requirements.
o Work with the mortgage bankers in our panel for them to process the mortgage application.


We will be communicating via video conference, voice call, WhatsApp and email. There will be a one to three months of probation period, depending on your qualification and experience, which is negotiable. After the probation period, you will be entitled to 13th month bonus and paid leave. The performance bonus is determined by your work key performance indicator. For your awareness, you will follow the time zone of Singapore. During the probation period, your salary will be paid weekly based on the monthly salary.
