I need a top-notch appointment setter to replace me urgently.

I am looking to partner and work with an excellent salesman who is a master at qualifying and consequently setting appointments with prospects over the phone. The prospects will be "cold". I already have a script that works and your job will be to effectively use it. This job is expected to be long term and is pretty simple in nature, here's how it goes:
— You'll have a list of prospective clients at the beginning of each week ( About 20-30 ). Just so you know, I will be sending you in-depth details about these prospects so you'll know them very well before you speak to them.
— You'll be given a dialer that has a local number ( You will batch and work only on Tuesdays ).
— You'll set appointments for me for the week (by following the script).
— I will take over from there.

The ideal telemarketer will be one that has:
— An EMPATHETIC male voice.
— A strong will.
— Is very comfortable with speaking on the phone with strangers.
— Is organised and is able to maintain PEAK productivity during work hour.
— Is highly competitive and has the ability to think entrepreneurially.

After our initial contact, we will work together to lay down a few ground rules, so that we are on the same page at all times ( You'll be replacing me - literally ). So we need to know each other beyond "work" so to speak. Don't panic, this doesn't mean you'll be expected to know how many teaspoons of sugar I like in my coffee BUT you'll be expected to know me professionally well enough to speak to strangers.
