Java Developer

Monstar Lab Pte. Ltd. PHILIPPINE ROHQ is urgently looking for Java Developers.

Monstar Lab is a leading software development company headquartered in Tokyo Japan with presence in 15 Countries and 26 cities across the globe. We have expanded operations here in the Philippines and currently building up our skills capability to support our global projects.

Position Overview:
The Java Developer creates and supports Web-based Java applications, Web services and Web interfaces.

Job Responsibilities:
* Analyses, designs and builds Java-based applications for Web and Internet environments
* Builds the process for Java-based applications such as creating application layers, modelling techniques, designing object-oriented components and coding algorithms

Job Requirements: 
* Has 2-4 years experience with Java using Spring Framework.
* Experience in we application development using at least one of these frameworks: Spring, MVC, Grails
* Expert knowledge in REST/JSON and SOAP/XML web services
* Able to do web frontend development using frameworks such as:
- HTML/CSS: twitter-bootstrap, foundation etc.
- Client-side JS: jquery
* Experience in test-driven development
* Excellent knowledge of relational databases, such as Oracle and PostgreSQL
* Experience using Maven, Git, Jenkins
* A plus but not required:
- Any Java certifications
- Working with AWS
- Working experience in Spring Boot
