Customer Service Representative (eCommerce Store)

This posting is for a customer service job. As part of the team, your tasks will be to reply to e-mails and SMS messages from customers. You MUST be fluent in English and have previous experience working with customers. If the job is done well, it will be be extended to phone/Facebook chat support and possibly other tasks. THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WORK HARD. You will be sometimes expected to work on Saturdays or Sundays and must be willing to be available to work at any time of the day.
