JOB OVERVIEW

The VA is responsible for managing the fulfillment of our systemized marketing services for multiple clients. We run Facebook Ads, Create Marketing Funnels, & Marketing Follow Up Automations with Emails and Texts. Everything is systemized and process driven.

We are a small and fast growing company, so you must be flexible and ready to grow.

Job Description:
Work on your assigned clients daily, weekly, and monthly tasks which includes
Daily reporting on FB ads results
Setting up Event campaigns for clients (Including FB ads, Landing pages, and Marketing Automations)
Setting up Funnels & Campaigns for clients (Including FB ads, Landing Pages, Marketing Automations)
Ensuring clients have all of our services actively running.
Following checklists and processes for fixing client campaigns.
Lightweight Photo and Video editing. (Browser based)
Notifying clients of changes and updates to their Upgrade to see actual infonning One off Marketing campaigns for clients.
Work on internal projects as needed
Prepare time reports for both client and internal projects
Coordinate with sales teams and other team members on both projects and client work.

Job Qualifications:
The VA should:
Have a basic understanding of VA work and processes of the company
Be flexible and open
VERY detail oriented.
Be familiar with online tools and programs (ex. spreadsheets and data entry/management) and have the ability and initiative to explore and learn new ones
Communicate well in writing and in speaking
Work well with a team
Be attentive to details
Be able to work under pressure
Be able to handle multiple clients and projects
Be able to be efficient and stay organized.
Be able and comfortable making decisions after being trained. Problem solving skills and making decisions with minimal guidance is a great thing to have.
Display exceptional customer service or client interaction – your written English needs to be very good, as we want to be very comfortable having you communicate directly with clients.
Be willing to ask questions and learn new tools (we’ll train you on everything but will have you work with multiple tools and systems).
Other important skills (We will train you on everything)
Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Presentations)
Social media marketing experience

Facebook
ads experience
Page building software experience
Marketing automation software experience

Additional Notes:
We are looking for a long-term fit.
Written English and good communication skills is important.
Working hours are flexible as the tasks will be recurring and can be done any time with no specific hours.
