Personal Assistant

The position of Personal Assistant is for a company called HAYH Ltd based in London Upgrade to see actual info is a new company which started in August 2019 and is looking for expansion in to new markets from its current position of selling on ebay. My name is Husham Qadeer and I am the company director/founder for whom you will be working.

This is a varied role which requires the use of multiple skills. Experience in UK industry would be a big benefit. I need an assistant who will be able to do the following;

- Book keeping and preparing accounts for tax filing
- Web Design, being able to produce websites to specification
- Video editing (using adobe or similar software)
- Social media management - promotion and content creation of social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
- Listing on ebay and amazon platform (Shopify would be a bonus)
- Sourcing and researching of products to bring to market
- SEO optimization to promote websites using Google Ads and to promote Youtube videos
- Photo editing using Photoshop or similar
- Logo design and creating various designs for printing
- General assisting with time management / diary / reminders and planning

The salary is negotiable (can be more than advertised) and can be paid weekly for the first month after which it will be paid monthly on a agreed date. For the right candidate there will also be an annual bonus and there may be additional bonuses depending on quality and pace of work completed. For the right candidate the position will be a long-term and prosperous career as there will be a 6 monthly review and pay rise issued for successful completion of 6 months dedicated work. There may also be a generous bonus in the 6 monthly review if company targets and profits are achieved.
