Qualifications

Excellent customer-service skills
Knowledge/Experience on Casino-related CSR is an advantage but not required
Proficient in verbal and written Japanese and English languages
Can do multitasking
Amenable to work in shifting schedules and night shifts
Can start asap
Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls and chats from customers
Resolving customer (player) inquiries/requests
Developing and maintaining accurate files
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate management and servicing
Provide service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeble manner
