Customer Support Specialist

Plumbing & HVAC SEO, a Digital Marketing Agency, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience REQUIRED
• Ability to Multi-Task
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Strong Written/Verbal Skills in the English Language
• Willingness to learn

Description of the tasks you will be handling,

What does your day look like?
Auditing and entering data from platforms.
Ensure accuracy of such data. Make adjustments to it based on client's/account manager requests.
Communicating with account managers to make sure requests have been completed
Performing routine audits on call data collected.

Some of the tasks a Customer Support Specialist would accomplish would be:

Google Local Service Ads
• Perform routine audits of Google Local Service Ads to confirm eligibility
• Submit waiting list requests
• Handle communication with Google Local Services team
• Assist with Client Onboarding
• Following up with background checks

Among other tasks related to the role.
