Direct Response / Sales Writer

I'm looking for a direct response copywriter ONLY

the work will be ad-hoc and project based to begin with, and if you like the work our agency brings in, then maybe there's a full time position available. provided your work brings in results.

To start please send me the following info:

1) who did you learn from
2) how did you learn it and what did you do. please be detailed in this response.
3) what's your research process/questionnaire - please share this with me
4) what are you trying to achieve when writing your copy?
5) how many direct response pieces have you written?
6) can you share with me 3 samples of work you've done - if you can't then please stop here.
