Pinterest and Tailwind manager

I am looking for an experienced pinterest/tailwind VA to help manage a pinterest account, schedule pins and create attractive and engaging Pinterest pins from existing site content.

The VA will need to work with the following tools, sites and apps:
-Pinterest
-Tailwind scheduling app and tailwind tribes
-Canva or Photoshop for pin creation

Potential tasks include:
-Create a regular publishing schedule on tailwind
-Creating new pins from existing content
-Uploading new pins to pinterest with keyword rich description
-Scheduling pins to tailwind using board lists
-Scheduling pins to tribes
-Sharing pins from tribes
-Looking at pinterest analytics for opportunities and trends

Skills needed:
-Strong spoken and written English skills
-Strong ability to design attractive pins (templates can be provided as inspiration)
-Good communication skills and transparency
-Have a proven track record of creating pins and scheduling pins and be familiar with strategies to effectively post on Pinterest to drive maximum traffic to websites.
-Mastering the different tools listed above
-Proactive and results-oriented.

Experience:
-I am looking for an experienced pinterest/tailwind VA but training will be provided too. Please confirm that you have experience helping business grow their pinterest reach, using tailwind schedule and create graphics.
