Digital VA

I am looking for someone to help with several tasks involving. Some of the tasks are:
- helping work on website, designing web site
- creating blogs/articles optimized for seo,
- creating posts on google places
- putting together audio files for podcast, podcast show notes
- advertising on google or facebook
- facebook page posts

My company is a Mortgage Broking firm in Melbourne, Australia. I have recently started doing many of these tasks and am finding that it taking up a lot of my time on top of my mortgage broker role. I need someone to help me with this stuff.

This job is only probably 5 hours worth of work per week at the moment.
This job would require someone who is resourceful and is very independent. I don't mind the actual hours of the day/week that you work so long as the work gets done.

Also if you can suggest other tasks that may benefit my business then please suggest to me. I am flexible on pay depending on skill and experience.
