Phone Appointment Setter for Real Estate

In search of a dedicated phone appointment setter to prospect for my company.

Part-time job, starting as soon as possible, with possibility for full time in the coming months (pending performance)
Phone Calls for almost entire shift, using our dialer system
Typical Shift Starts at 11am-3pm Eastern Time (New York), and 5pm-8pm ET, Mon-Fri. And then Saturday 10am-3pm ET
20 hours/week, to start, Monday-Saturday.
Hourly pay: Rate increase or bonus will depend on performance & productivity within the first 2 months (performance indicators are based on appointments set and deals don).

MUST HAVE:
Workplace free of noise
Good computer headset with mic
Minimum 5mbps WIRED INTERNET & Backup
Minimum 1 year experience on outbound phone sales and/or customer service.

Previous real estate experience cold calling, appointment setting and telemarketing is a HUGE ---------- TE:
Typing speed of 30 wpm as you take notes while with the prospect is on the line.
Looking for candidates who can start immediately with near-native spoken ---------- search of a reliable employee who show up to work consistently every day.
Positive attitude, coachable, and open to constructive criticism to improve quickly
