We are looking for someone to hire and screen call center agents .We are rapidly growing so we are always looking for agents .
You should be organized, punctual and available to conduct interviews with applicants. Your job would be to go to multiple platforms and reply to applicants and see if they are a good fit.
During the interview you would need to explain what each agent is required to do, go over bonuses and pay structure. You would organize training etc. YOU WILL ALSO GET BONUSES FOR FINDING THE RIGHT AGENTS
