Facebook Ad Ecommerce Operator

Hello! I created an Ecommerce Upgrade to see actual infow I am looking to market my website on Facebook.

Right now my Shopify store is new so it doesn't have much Pixel Information yet. Therefore, I am focusing my resources on Organic Marketing. However, I would like to form a partnership with an operator who can help me run Facebook Ads to drive conversions to my website.

Here are my goals:
#1: Get customers to buy product on my website
#2: Get customers to use my Loyalty Program and engage with my marketing

My advertising Budget:

My Job Request:
I want to hire someone who can help me figure out how best to accomplish the following cost-effectively:
- Grow engagement on my website
- Advertise Products
- Scale profitable advertising campaigns

Your responsibilities will include:
- Weekly Meeting with me to discuss strategy
- Setting up campaigns in Facebook
- Communicating with me about Campaign performance on Slack and Asana
