JOB OVERVIEW

***JOB DESCRIPTION***

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks. For this role, a strong and dependable Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Sheets.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum ---------- TE: Must be available for daily video conference calls and daily video check-ins. Please do not apply if you cannot meet this requirement.

***SKILLS REQUIRED***
- Expertise in Customer Service
- Great communication via phone, email, text
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite of products (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
- Familiarity with the real estate industry
- Previous Real Estate Virtual Assistant Experience
- Facebook Knowledge

- 2MBPS or higher primary connection

***RESPONSIBILITIES & PROJECTS***

LEAD GENERATION & LEAD FOLLOW UP
- Prepare Mojo Dialer & contact lists for agents to lead generate
- Text message follow up on missed calls
- Send Text Message blast to SMS subscribers
- Place leads into Mailchimp and dedicate towards correct campaign


EMAIL
MANAGEMENT
- Create, send and respond to emails
- Utilize email templates for standard communication

SCHEDULING
- Schedule Photos for Listings
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare appointments and appointment materials
- Sending out appointment reminder emails to clients
- Sending out appointment reminder text messages to clients

DATABASE MANAGEMENT
- Update Mojo Dialer Database
- Update and input contacts within Command Database
- Transferring new contact information into MailChimp email database
- Edit & organize Google Sheets spreadsheets to add to database
- Organize paperwork in Google Drive
- Organize Buyers into respective campaigns
- Place Buyers on MLS buyer search

CLIENT COMMUNICATION
- Provide customer service as first point of contact - Intro Email
- Communicate via text and email on managers’ behalf

MARKETING
- Prepare Email Marketing Broadcast
- Create Facebook post and Boost out ( Photo’s, Flyers, Events ) in a monthly advance
